“¢ Private property accident in the Plaza Drive parking lot during which the driver of a vehicle struck the rear fender of another, causing damage over the driver’s side rear tire.
Thursday:
“¢ Elizabeth A. Hill, 44, 12853 CR 28, was struck by Hope D. Wiseman, 19, Wayne, when she attempted to change lanes while traveling northbound on U.S. 23. No citations issued, non-functional damage to both vehicles.
Monday:
“¢ Private property accident in the Plaza Drive parking lot during which the driver of a vehicle opened his door and struck an unoccupied, legally parked vehicle, causing non-functional damage. Driver fled the scene.
“¢ Larry Hannigan, 54, 306 N. Poplar, was driving northbound on South Main Street when, according to witnesses, he was struck by Carol M. Longacre, 67, 1124 Courtly Rd., who failed to stop at a red light. Non-functional damage to both vehicles, no citations.
Sunday:
“¢ Abelardo T. Saucedo, 85, Lindsey, and Linda L. Blackburn, 51, 12156 W. TR 112, collided on U.S. 23. Both parties claimed the other veered into them in the northbound lane. No citations issued, non-functional damage to both vehicles.
Friday:
“¢ Brittany L. Caudill, 18, 130 Elm St., struck the driver’s side of the vehicle of Joe D. Oren, 60, 2968 McCutchenville Rd., and fled the scene. Cited for failure to yield.
Thursday:
“¢ Marvelyn F. Brown, 83, 1006 Buckley St., and Tonya A. Ferguson, 36, North Baltimore, both proceeded through the East Jackson Street and North Main Street intersection without yielding to one another, resulting in a collision, according to a police report. No citations issued, non-functional damage to both vehicles.

“¢ An East Center Street caller advised her son’s dirt bike was stolen from their residence the evening before.

Thursday:
“¢ Complainant on station requested to speak with an officer regarding mental issues he was having. Transported subject to Fostoria Community Hospital to speak with Firelands.
“¢ Complainant requested an officer, advised of a fight occurring in front of a Sandusky Street apartment. No charges filed.
Wednesday:
“¢ A McDougal Street caller requested an officer, stated her boyfriend was trying to take her children. Both parents advised of options.
“¢ Caller advised a female subject assaulted her at a Sandusky Street location. Pictures taken, caller advised to fill out statement.
“¢ Caller advised he was hiding in the bathroom of his East Fourth Street residence because a known male subject was outside of his residence pounding on the door and demanding money. Another caller advised the subject left the residence on foot. Subject was advised he was not welcome at the residence unless another adult was present.

“¢ Called to Poplar and Lytle Streets at 11:05 p.m. to investigate a large amount of smoke in the area. Could not find anything wrong.
