• A caller reported a hit-skip accident by a semi-truck pulling a grain trailer and an unoccupied minivan at an East Fourth Street location. An officer located and followed the truck on Ohio 12 towards Bettsville and notified the Seneca County Sheriff's office of the pursuit. The officer stopped the vehicle and obtained information on the driver, and noticed damage to the rear of the vehicle.

• A report of a sexual offense between a father and child at an East Lytle Street location came into the station. The child was returned from visitation. Under investigation.
• A West Tiffin Street caller advised her 16-year-old daughter ran away from home. Mother advised of options.
• A Thomas Street complainant requested an officer for her unruly 14-year-old daughter.
• Caller advised her son was being evicted from a Lynn Street residence and was intoxicated and threatening to burn down the house. The male subject left the property and Fostoria Municipal Court personnel were advised to notify officers if he returned.
• Caller advised his 3-year-old child's grandmother dropped off the child at his Sandusky Street residence because she feared for the child's safety due to the mother being angry for her not buying her alcohol.
• Complainant requested and officer, advised her ex-boyfriend had come to take his vehicle from her East North Street residence and as she was removing car seats from the vehicle and holding onto the car door, he allegedly drug her down the street.
• A North Main Street business advised a female subject had been pink slipped and left the building. They requested for an officer to locate the subject because they believed she would do harm to herself.
• Complainant advised a white male with dark hair riding a bike came to her residence and asked for money due to his son being at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo. The subject was around 5'7" and 170 pounds and was wearing a dark coat. The same subject was believed to have solicited at a Miller Avenue residence shortly thereafter and was found by officers at an East Lytle Street location. Subject given final warning for soliciting.
