Solo II Racing set for Sunday

Licensed drivers may race their own cars against the clock on a road-style course Sunday when the Northwest Ohio Region of the Sports Car Club of America hosts a Solo II Racing Series event at Honeywell.

Cars will race in a variety of classifications, and the event will take place regardless of the weather.

Registration will be open from 8 to 9:30 a.m., followed by a drivers meeting at 9:50 and the first car taking the course at 10:30.

The entry fees are $20 each for SCCA members and Honeywell employees and $30 for non-members.
