Area UF students graduate

Nearly 300 students graduated from The University of Findlay during fall commencement ceremonies Dec.12, in the Koehler Center on campus.

Local graduates include:

Fostoria: Amanda Blachuta, master's of education; Krista Culver, master's of education; Sarah Franart, bachelor's of early childhood education (summa cum laude) and Alisha Steyer, bachelor's of middle childhood education (magna cum laude)

Gibsonburg: Mallory Fleming, master's of occupational therapy

Bascom: Sarah Gosche, bachelor's in multi-age/visual arts/studio art (summa cum laude)

New Riegel: Danielle Theis bachelor's of biology
