Arcadia, NR raising funds in conjunction with game

Arcadia and New Riegel high schools are raising funds for their baseball programs in conjunction with their game scheduled for this spring at Toledo's Fifth Third Field.

The schools are selling ticket vouchers for Toledo Mud Hens home games at $10 each, with $1 from each voucher going to the baseball program at the school from which it is sold.

Each voucher is good for one field-level seat, based on availability, and can be used for any home game other than the first and last contests of the season, special events and playoffs.

Vouchers can be purchased at Arcadia by contacting Paul Shoemaker or Dave Uitto at 419-894-6431.

New Riegel will sell vouchers at boys and girls home basketball games. Purchases can also be made by contacting Mark Tiell at 419-595-2019 or Steve Bouillon at 419-595-2256.

The game between Arcadia and New Riegel at the home of the Mud Hens is scheduled for 7 p.m., April 17.
