“¢ Caller advised her vehicle appeared to be struck while parked on West Tiffin Street overnight. Report taken.

“¢ Caller advised someone broke into a vacant residence on Leonard Street. The front door had been broken into and the back door was unsecured. Officers will make contact with property manager.

“¢ Caller advised a white male in a white shirt was lying by the roadway at Lakeview Drive and North Adams Street. When car approached the subject rolled onto the roadway. Officer spoke with juveniles.

“¢ Caller advised a black male wearing a white hat and white T-shirt was riding a stolen bike down Taft Boulevard. Officers were unable to to locate the subject.

“¢ Caller advised a black male was cutting through yards and threatening East Eagle Street residents. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

“¢ Complainant on station regarding an unruly juvenile at an Elmhurst Drive residence. Juvenile was warned for disorderly conduct and advised if he continues to be unruly he will be arrested for persistent disorderly conduct.

“¢ A 911 caller requested an officer at a North Main Street business to address an irate customer. The subject was cited for disorderly conduct and was warned not to return to location or he would be arrested for criminal trespassing.

“¢ Officer advised a vehicle pulling out of a South Union Street driveway hit his cruiser.

Friday:

“¢ Complainant required an officer at his South Poplar Street residence where a female subject asked to sleep with him and when he advised no, she got upset and started kicking and throwing items. Advised complainant of options.

“¢ Called to Main and North Street at 1:43 a.m. for an EMS call.
