Monday:

• Guy K. Dines, 47, Tiffin, failed to see Carlos Trevino, 48, Fostoria while turning left from Lytle Street to Union Street and caused Dines to crash into his vehicle, according to a police report. Trevino failed to provide proof of insurance to officers. No injuries were reported, both drove away from the scene.

Tuesday:

• Larry L. Dartt, 68, Risingsun, struck a telephone pole while traveling south-bound on U.S. 23 and damaged his vehicle. He continued southbound and went over a curb on the right side of the road, ultimately stopping at a nearby business. Officers advised he was ill and non-responsive upon arrival and transported him to Fostoria Community Hospital. His vehicle was towed.

• Trent A. Weiker, 25, Findlay, was cited for driving on a suspended license.

Wednesday:

• Caller stated her South Poplar Street home had been broken into. Among the items stolen were: an Xbox 360, 9 games, two controllers and a lock box that contained birth certificates and registration. Report taken.

• A North Countyline Street resident advised that she had returned home in the early morning to find her furniture and cable box were missing.

Wednesday:

• Caller advised of an unruly juvenile at a Thomas Street residence.

• Complainant on station regarding harassing text messages. The West Center Street caller was advised of her options.

• Caller advised of a maroon pick-up truck parked in the middle of Banister Street. The owner was advised to move the vehicle.

• Caller advised a male subject had pulled up beside her vehicle on McDougal Street and propositioned her. Police located and escorted the subject out of town.

• An anonymous caller advised of a white male walking with his pants down in the vicinity of Perrysburg Road and North Countyline Street. Officers advised the subject dropped an item on city property and is on his way.

• Caller advised of a white female in a black bra and white skirt standing on the corner of McDougal and Potter Streets. The subject was advised to go home and change her clothes.
